HeartScore - the interactive tool for predicting and managing the risk of heart attack and stroke in Europe
Healthcare professionals throughout Europe often require decision making tools in their daily practice or research. With this in mind, the ESC, aiming to support clinicians in optimising individual cardiovascular risk reduction, has developed HeartScore®.
This tool currently exists in both European Low Risk and High Risk versions, as well as several country-specific and/or translated versions for different countries in Europe.
HeartScore Access 
HeartScore is hosted on a secure server and all data are protected by data privacy laws. Setting up a HeartScore User account is free, but users are required to register via My ESC.
