Certificates of Attendance are available from any Registration desk as of Friday 12 December.

Congress Badge
Delegates registered before 9 November 2008 will receive their Congress Badge in advance by mail. This allows direct entrance to the congress. The right-hand section of your Congress Badge is your Delegate Bag voucher.
Delegate Bag
Each delegate is entitled to a congress bag (ECO BAG) made of recycled and recyclable material. It can be picked up from the ECO BAG desk in the Registration Area and contains the Final Programme, Abstract CD-Rom, notepad, pen and Industry advertisements.
Disabled People
The building is fully accessible to disabled people.
Internet Corner
The Internet Corner is located in the Exhibition Area and is free of charge.
Open from Wednesday 10:00 until Friday 18:00. Closed on Saturday.
Journal
EUROECHO 2008 delegates will receive a one year subscription to the European Journal of Echocardiography (EJE 2009) with the exception of day ticket holders.
NEW this year! The EJE now includes 8 issues instead of 6 as in the past.
Language
The official language during the Congress is English. No translation is available.
No smoking
EUROECHO is a no smoking congress. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. Thank you for your cooperation.
Restaurant & Bars
There are many restaurants and snack bars throughout the Congress Centre.
Speakers' Service Centre
All speakers giving a presentation in the scientific sessions are requested to upload and validate their presentation in the Speakers' Service Centre (SSC) located close to the Registration Area, a minimum of 3 hours before the session starts or the day before if the session is at 8:30.
