We have worked closely with the city authorities to make your stay in Paris as enjoyable and safe as possible. The extensive public transport network makes getting around easy and convenient, but Paris is a large and bustling city, so you should plan your daily travel carefully. Be prepared for some journeys to take over an hour.

From Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)

From CDG airport, you can either use a taxi, the RER train or a shuttle bus to go to the Congress venue. The RER train is nevertheless the most efficient and reliable.

Frequency: every 15 minutes
Journey time: 10 minutes

Only on Saturday 27 August from 11:00 to 17:00 for arrivals.

        - Terminal 2A / gate 8
        - Terminal 2D / gate 8

For departure from the venue to both Terminals
- Tuesday 30th (from 15:00 to 19:00)
- Wednesday 31th (from 10:30 to 13:30)

From Orly Airport (ORY)

RER Take Orlyval and get off at Anthony station, get the RER* line B3
(Direction “Aéroport Charles de Gaulle”)

Frequency: every 4/8 minutes
Journey time: 1 hour

Take Orlybus and get off at Place Denfert-Rochereau station
Reach the nearest RER* station

Frequency: every 12 minutes
Journey time: 1h10

From the City Centre

The Parc des Expositions - Paris Nord Villepinte is located 22 km northeast from the centre of Paris and is easily accessible by the RER* train line B3.

RER Take RER* line B3 direction “Aéroport Charles de Gaulle”
Get off at Parc des Expositions

Journey time: 30 minutes (from “Gare du Nord” station)

Some hotels provide shuttle buses to and from the Congress venue.
Please check with your hotel or group representative for more information.

Take A1 or A3 motorway (direction “Lille”)
Join A104 motorway (direction “Soissons”)
Follow the sign “Parc des Expositions”
Exit at “Parc des Expositions”

Please use the « Visiteurs » (Visitors) or « Exposants » (Exhibitors) entrances. Car parking for visitors is at the attendees' disposal. A free shuttle service between parking P1 and the Main Entrance is available.

Car rental
All major car rental companies are based in CDG airport.
Price for 5 days: From € 190 (depending on the company, the model and the rental period).

Access for disabled persons
Parc des Expositions - Paris Nord Villepinte is equipped to allow access to disabled persons in every hall. During the event, a dedicated shuttle equipped for disabled persons will be at your disposal between Parking P1 and the Main Entrance.
