 Axel Pries and Barbara Casadei talk Frontiers in CardioVascular Biology

Prof Axel Pries and Prof Barbara Casadei, the chairman and vice-chairperson of the ESC Council on Basic Cardiovascular Science talk about the Frontiers in CardioVascular Biology congress.

Prof Pries points to the importance of having a meeting which brings together cardiovascular scientists as well as giving young people the chance to promote their work.

CME Accreditation

Frontiers in Cardiovascular Biology 2012 is accredited by the European Board for Accreditation in Cardiology (EBAC) for 18 hours of external CME credits. Each participants should claim only those hours of credit that have actually been spent in the educational activity. EBAC works according to the quality standards of the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME), which is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS).

EBAC credits are recognised by the American Medical Association towards the Physician's Recognition Award (PRA). Detailed instructions for converting these credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credits are available on the AMA website.
