Registration fees
The following registration fees, except the accompanying person fee, entitle delegates to the following:
- Entry to all scientific sessions and the Exhibition / Poster areas
- Entry to the Opening Ceremony and Opening Cocktail on Saturday 29 May
- A copy of the Final Programme and the Abstract CD-Rom
- Refreshment breaks and lunches (from Saturday 29 May afternoon to Tuesday 1 June morning)

Two-year free subscription to the European Journal of Heart failure (valid for 2011 and 2012) is included in the following fees: Standard Fee, Members of the HFA of the ESC, and both Nurse & Student Fees.

*Applications must be accompanied by a Registration Confirmation of the pHealth Congress for the Early and late fee. On-site registrants will be asked for their pHealth Congress badge and ID Card.

Heart Failure participants may attend pHealth 2010 at a reduced fee. Discover the Scientific Programme day by day.
On Friday 28th May, Session 9 "Telemedicine in cardiovascular disease" takes place with speakers and co-chair from the HFA (Professors Cleland, Cowie, Koehler and Mortata).
Furthermore, session 15 on Friday afternoon is organised by the project "HeartCycle", a flagship project in the area of Information and Communication Technologies for Heart Failure.
pHealth welcomes HFA delegates who wish to attend the scientific sessions on Friday 28 May.
A reduced registration fee of € 100 for that day is available to all HFA delegates.
