A - Z Congress useful information:

Abstract CD-Rom

The Abstract CD-Rom will be available from the Medtronic stand (A4) in the Exhibition Area. You will find a voucher in your delegate bag to collect your copy.

Business Centre

A Business Centre will be at your disposal in the Registration Area. Browse, scan, fax and print!

Certificates of Attendance

Certificates will be available from the Registration desks as from Monday 31 May 2010
at 12:00.

Cloakroom

The cloakroom will be located on the ground floor opposite the Registration desks.

Congres badge

For security reasons, please have your badge visible at all times during the congress.
Accompanying persons and exhibitors may access the scientific sessions if seats remain available.
Lost badges: a fixed price of € 45 will be charged for the replacement of lost badges at
the Assistance Registration desk on the ground floor.

Delegate Bag

Each delegate will be entitled to a congress bag to be picked up from the appropriate desk in the Registration Area. It will contain the Final Programme, Abstract CD-Rom voucher, notepad, pen and information packages from the industry.

Journal

Delegates paying the standard fee will receive a two-year subscription to the European
Journal of Heart Failure (valid for 2011 and 2012).

Language

The official language of the congress is English. No translation will be available. German
speaking sessions will be held all Sunday in room Leipzig on Level 3.

Lunches & Coffee Breaks

From Sunday morning to Tuesday morning, open buffets will be located in the Exhibition
Area during break hours.

First Aid

Participants in need of medical assistance should refer to the First Aid centre behind the
Speakers' Service Centre on ground floor.

Registration

The Heart Failure 2010 registration fees (apart from the Accompanying Person fee) entitle
delegates to the following:
• Entry to all scientific sessions and the Exhibition
• Entry to the Opening Ceremony and Opening Cocktail on Saturday 29 May 2010
• A copy of the Final Programme and the Abstract CD-Rom
• Lunches and coffee breaks from Sunday 30 May to Tuesday 1 June 2010

Speakers’ Service Centre

All speakers giving a presentation in the scientific sessions are requested to upload and
validate their presentation in the Speakers’ Service Centre (SSC) located close to the
Registration Area, a minimum of 3 hours before the session starts or the day before if
the session is at 08:30.

WebSpace

The Heart Failure Congress 2010 is pleased to provide attendees with free internet facilities. The WebSpace will be located in the Exhibition Area above the Moderated Posters.
