The Mission of the Heart Failure Association of the ESC is "To improve quality of life and longevity, through better prevention, diagnosis and treatment of heart failure, including the establishment of networks for its management, education and research."
This was again our main goal during that new edition of the Heart Failure Congresses.
This is THE congress to attend for anybody interested in the diverse aspects of heart failure research or management. Cardiologists, internists, general physicians, basic scientists, cardiac nurses, primary care physicians, industry affiliates and others, have shared new insights, improved their knowledge and clinical practice and have been brought up to date on the most important current issues.

The Heart Failure 2008 Organising Committee wants to address its sincere thanks to all attendees who made this year's meeting a success with a record total of 3.458 participants in Milan.
