Welcome to the European Society of Cardiology. Our mission: to reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease in Europe

ESC Cardiologists of Tomorrow

About us

The European Society of Cardiology supports its young community. The initiative "ESC Cardiologists of Tomorrow" represents the young ESC members willing to shape the future of General Cardiology.

Why this programme?

During ESC Congress 2009 in Barcelona, young cardiologists from France carried out a survey to find out about young cardiologists organisations across Europe. The results identified a need for a strong young community and thus the ESC decided to take the lead and look for support within the structure of the ESC National Cardiac Societies.
