Invasive Cardiac Electrophysiology course

EHRA will provide one course in Invasive Cardiac Electrophysiology in 2011 at the European Heart House on
24-26 February 2011

Attending this course may also help in the preparation of the Accreditation exam

Target audience

  • Physicians who already have clinical and practical experience in invasive electrophysiology and catheter ablation.
  • Established electrophysiologists will experience a thorough review of state-of-the-art medicine.
  • Help fellows-in-training to prepare for the EHRA accreditation exam.



The programme will be reviewed for accreditation by the European Board for Accreditation in Cardiology (EBAC)

Content of the course

The 3 days course offers the participants a review of their knowledge on basic and advanced electrophysiology from cellular conduction properties to advanced 3D mapping and ablation technology in interaction with an expert panel, discussing different diagnostics by reviewing case studies. There is ample time to discuss with a panel of experts!

The programme is free of charge thanks to unrestricted educational grants from industries
