What are the grants?

The European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions (EAPCI) offers Training and Research Grants of 25,000 Euros to provide an opportunity for specialised research or clinical training in the interventional cardiology field.

New for this year! A Special Grant for Women.
Based on the same principle and same rules, a 25,000 Euros Grant dedicated to female cardiologists.

 

Who can apply?

Applicants should be ...

  • EAPCI Members. If you are not yet a member, join us now!
  • Under 36 years of age on the day of application deadline.
  • Citizen or resident of a country which is a regular ESC Member Country.
  • Have an agreement with a host institution, outside their own country and which not only offers good training/research opportunities but is also the most appropriate for the particular training subject. This host institution should be located in a ESC Member Country.

How and when apply?

Once you verified you fulfill the requirements, you can start the process.

First step

  • Request your electronic application for via EAPCI@escardio.org.
  • Please provide us your contact details (titles, names, address, telephone number) and which grant you would like to apply for (Research, Training, or Women).

Second step

  • Fill in the five parts of the application forms.

Third step

  • Send back by e-mail all parts of the application form duly filled in and signed before the deadline.
