Work package n°6

Women & cardiovascular disease

The work package n° 6 aims at improving the awareness, diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease in women, investigating issues on CVD in women and providing recommendations for awareness campaigns targeting women and on educational programmes for health professionals.

The report of this work package was presented on 5 November 2009 in an expert conference held in Sophia Antipolis at the European Heart House (Nice, France).
