Press Registration for ESC Congresses

Please read carefully the specific process to register here below:

• Free registration for press representatives upon presentation of a valid press identity card or appropriate letter of assignment.
    
• Press registration is conducted via My ESC (Individual Registration / Press) supported by:
  
  • Press card or letter of assignment
  • Proof of 3 published articles
  • The filled in and signed embargo form available here. 

The ESC Press Office will verify the documents and confirm by email that your Press Accreditation is valid.

• If your Press status is not validated by the ESC Press Office, you will be contacted by the Registration Team and the congress standard fee will apply.

• Please register and provide your proof of press status well in advance of the Congress in order to minimise onsite queues and delays. Industry officials and their communications agents are not eligible for press registration. The decision of the ESC Press Office is final regarding all press registration requests.
