We are proud to widely use the information received from the European Society of Cardiology and International Society and Federation of Cardiology. The enormous role of these structures in the development of Russian cardiology, as well as their current activities and programs which may represent an interest to our members and readers, are constantly reflected in this periodical. Abstract volumes of our annual Congresses are regularly published as well. Besides articles, they contain annual reports on the activity of the Society and minutes from our Congresses. Of course, reports and guidelines from all the conferences devoted to a particular problem, which are held about once a month all around Russia and are attended by most of the Board, usually including the President himself, are also published. Furthermore, the best from those meetings gets collected in the Russian Journal of Cardiology, our primary periodical.
