All professionals in the Cardiovascular field who are a member of an ESC constituent body (Sub-Specialty Associations, Working Group or Council, National Cardiac Society) are eligible to apply, priority will be given to applicants who are a presenter or co-author of research submitted to ESC Congress 2016 as well as professionals from low & middle income countries. There is no age limit, the applicant is required to complete all mandatory fields and upload a CV as well as a letter of recommendation/ reference from Head of Department/Hospital.
