Dear Members,
We are in the middle of the third COVID-19 wave and we have many red areas across Europe. Nevertheless, the vaccination campaign has begun, and it’s running fast in some countries and hopefully our MD and PhD students are able to fully attend our wards and our labs. As "immunity passports" in the context of COVID-19 are being proposed in the EU these days, we really hope that Summer traveling will be less restricted…this may apply to scientific travelling in first place, and we hope to resume scientific interactions in person in the second half of 2021.
