Where to find the ESC Professional Members lounge

The ESC Professional Member Lounge is located in the Lounge & Exchange Area on the ground level, just after the Welcome area.

Your dedicated membership team will be delighted to welcome you at the following times:

Friday, 25 August – Sunday 27 August: 08:00–18:00
Monday, 28 August: 08:00–17:00

The ESC Professional Member Lounge is accessible to ESC Professional Members, FESC or those who have a combined ESC Professional and subspecialty Association Silver Membership only. However, our team is available to help new members join for access to the Lounge throughout the congress.

And don't forget

Print your ESC Professional Member badge before you leave home

To ensure you can access the ESC Congress venue as quickly and easily as possible, your badge must be printed (preferably in colour) in advance and presented at the congress entrance. Please note: digital versions of the badge on mobile phones, tablets and other devices will NOT be accepted.

Your badge will be available from 10 August in your My ESC account. Just log in, go to Congresses > My congress activity to come > Manage.

Visit the ESC Shop to buy souvenirs, sportswear and more. As an ESC Professional Member, you get 25% off at the ESC Shop and access to limited edition items to take home.

Go green: Bring your reusable water bottle

With plenty of sessions and networking, ensure you stay hydrated during the congress – there are water fountains throughout the congress centre for refilling your bottle.

Collect your Member lanyard and congress bag

When you enter the congress centre, you will be able to collect your Member lanyard and badge holder at the dedicated Membership desk in the Welcome Area.
