Transfers

Arrival
A taxi driver will be waiting for you at the airport/train station to drive you to the hotel or the European Heart House (EHH), according to your arrival time. 
The meeting point will be in the arrivals hall, immediately after baggage claim. As you enter the arrivals hall, the driver will be waiting with an ESC logo sign and your name.

Departure
The pick-up time for your departure transfer will be displayed at the EHH Welcome Desk.
If you need to change your planned transfer, please contact the events team as soon as possible.

Hotel

A hotel room has been booked on a bed and breakfast basis during your stay at the AC Hotel Ambassadeur Antibes - Juan-Les-Pins.

Your reservation is part of the ESC group booking, no extra confirmation number is necessary.  We kindly remind you that you must pay for your extras, any additional nights and any double room occupancy surcharge when checking out.

If you are flying back straight after the meeting, please check out in the morning and take your luggage with you as departure transfers will leave directly from the European Heart House (EHH) to the airport.

Shuttle transfers

Shuttle buses will commute between the AC Hotel Ambassadeur and the European Heart House on both days.

For participants arriving on 22 September, a transfer will be organised on Monday 23 September at 10:15 CET from the AC Hotel Ambassadeur to the European Heart House.

Please consult the bus schedule displayed in the hotel lobby and at the European Heart House.

Meals

Breakfast is provided from 6:30 CET.
Lunches will be provided at the European Heart House on 23 and 24 September. 

For participants arriving on 22 September before 20:00 CET, a table will be booked, for those interested, at the hotel restaurant “Le Festival de la Mer” at 19:30 CET.

The ESC Induction Meeting Official Cocktail Dinner will take place at the European Heart House on Monday, 23 September from 18:00 CET.
