Since 1950 we have been disseminating evidence-based knowledge to the global cardiovascular healthcare community. All in pursuit of better patient care.

Our first official meeting brought together 14 National Cardiac Societies. 

Today we are a network of 58 National Cardiac Societies and 49 Affiliated Cardiac Societies, comprising more than 100,000 individual members across the globe. 

Thanks to this community, we are the global leader in the field – delivering trusted knowledge, collecting high-quality data, driving policy change, and accelerating careers.

We expect no gifts for our 75th anniversary because every single day our volunteers give us, and patients, the gift of time.

They give their time to help us achieve our mission to reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease.

And their dedication means that patients get the gift of more, and better, time with their loved ones.
