OUR MISSION: TO REDUCE THE BURDEN OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE
EHRA now offers e-learning courses in arrhythmias and cardiac pacing.
To respond to educational demands, the ESC offers an oe-learning platform to cardiology specialities, which implements the curricula, to set the professional standards of cardiology practice and patient care. The initiative enhances the value of ESC content and strengthens the speciality of cardiology via the delivery of curricula and the harmonisation of training. A key point is that educational content is mapped to the curricula i.e. knowledge, skills, and professionalism.
EHRA will strongly invest in this new platform, since it allows implementation of its already existing educational activities on an electronic platform.
Each educational module will be associated with multiple choice questions (MCQs) for personal assessment of knowledge acquisition.
The e-learning platform aims to become the complete platform for the delivery and evaluation of the EHRA certifications, from educational material to skills tracking.
