Cardiac electrograms: back to the basics and looks to the future. The webinar will present insights into the basic understanding of unipolar and bipolar electrograms. What is the importance of filter settings? How to measure and analyze? What is “far field” activation and what is the difference between onset of activation and activation time? These and other very relevant questions will be addressed in the webinar. Everything nicely integrated in clinical cases - with an extremely high clinical relevance. The particular focus will be set on electrograms in atrial fibrillation ablation and ventricular tachycardia ablation. Moreover, novel mapping technologies allowing automatic high density will be presented.
