The webinar includes 2 presentations as follows:

Professor Gillebert will discuss a case of HFpEF with echo data to be discussed in view of the known limitations of the presently used paradigms. The first case features an older patient with coronary heart disease who has developed exercise induced dyspnea. The second patient underwent pericardiectomy for constrictive pericarditis.

Then Professor Paulus will present therapeutic aspects of HFPEF. The presentation will first deal with a novel paradigm, proposed for HFPEF (In press JACC as State of the Art Paper) and then apply this paradigm to inroads in therapy.
