UNITE is a collaborative research group that was established via the part of the Working Group on Cardiovascular Nursing. The principle aim of the UNITE study group is to successfully undertake international research studies that have a significant impact on the care of cardiac patients. The major focus is those patients who have poor quality of life and poor symptom control despite maximal, gold-standard, medical therapy.
