Beware of Unauthorised or Fraudulent Hotel Agencies

The ESC has appointed AIM Group Prague as its only official housing agency for hotel reservations for Heart Failure 2023 in Prague.

If you are contacted by any other company or agency offering housing for this congress, please note that these companies are not authorised to represent the ESC in any way, nor do they have access to the officially contracted ESC room blocks or rates.

Please be aware that these unauthorised companies might not deliver what they promise in terms of quality and location. Rates and extra charges can be inflated, or large fees placed on credit cards. If you are contacted by any such agency or have any questions regarding their legitimacy, please do not hesitate to contact us by email  or by phone +33 (0) 492947623.

The ESC's Official Housing Agency

AIM Group has selected a number of hotels with negotiated rates, either close to the congress centre or in the city centre with easy access.  The bookings are facilitated through the AIM booking platform but the reservations are made directly with the hotel(s).  You will therefore receive the confirmation from the selected hotel.  The hotels have different booking conditions; these are displayed during the reservation process.  We kindly ask you to read them carefully before committing.

Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. For specific requests or other queries, please send an email to HF2023@aimgroup.eu

Once you have received the confirmation from the hotel, please make any changes or modifications directly with the hotel
