To personalise your programme we recommend you sign in first (in the top right corner of the screen) with your My ESC login and password. To include the sessions you don’t want to miss in your personal programme, click on the heart. The session will be saved in “My Programme”.
Important: Please note that the programme times are displayed on local times in Berlin, Germany.

Print your badge
To ensure you can access the summit and start enjoying the sessions without delay, your summit badge must be printed in advance and presented at the summit entrance. Otherwise, you may be invited to print it in the registration area and face delays to enter the summit.
A mail will be sent to all delegates, mid November, including the link to print your badge. Please note: digital versions on mobile phones, tablets and other devices will not be accepted.
You can also access this link through your My ESC account. Just go to Congresses > My congress activity to come > Manage and print your badge from the top right of your screen.

Networking event
A networking reception will take place on Friday, 21 November at 18:05 in the exhibition area.
This networking event is made possible with the support of Stiftung Deutsches Herzzentrum.

Security & Cloakroom
A cloakroom facility will be available within the venue, level -1.
Security at the bcc Berlin Congress Center: All persons must be prepared for bag, body and identity checks as part of security measures. Small bags with a capacity of up to 20 litres (e.g. small bags, handbags, laptop bags, small backpacks or belt bags) may be brought into the bcc. Large items of luggage, such as suitcases, travel bags or travel backpacks, are not permitted in the bcc and can be stored in the luggage containers on the forecourt.
First Aid
Participants needing medical treatment should refer to the ESC staff in the registration area.
Coffee and lunch breaks
Your registration includes coffee and lunch breaks that will be served in the Exhibition area.
