The EACVI Scientific Programme Committee would like to thank all the contributors who have chosen EACVI 2025 to submit their clinical case.
The EACVI Congress Programme Committee would like to acknowledge the Clinical Case Reviewing Committee for their essential collaboration and valuable contribution to the clinical case programme.
All Clinical case submitters have been notified by email about the status of their clinical case(s) and can view the results from their My ESC account by signing in first.
How to confirm your clinical case presentation
Confirmation of your presentation should be done as soon as possible.
STEP 1 - The submitter must sign in to her/his My ESC account with the email and password used at the time of submission to consult the abstract presentation day, time and format.
STEP 2 - The presenter must register to the congress - you benefit from the early fee until 30 September 2025
STEP 3 - The presenter can start preparing her/his presentation by consulting the Presenter Guidelines.Mark your calendar with key dates
Early July 2025 - Clinical cases results announcement online. An email will has been sent to each submitter.
30 September 2025 – Early fee registration deadline. All abstract presenters must register for the congress. Take advantage of the early fee.
Early September - Opening of the upload platform. A notification will be sent to each presenter.
23 September 2025 - Deadline for the assigned presenters to confirm presentation(s) and submit the related agreement form(s)
13 November 2025 - Deadline for presenters to register and upload presentations. Failure to upload and register to the congress by this deadline will lead to the withdrawal of the clinical case from the scientific programme and all related publications.
Presentation formats
All presenters will be required to present their research onsite in Vienna, Austria.
Each session will be built to give the maximum visibility to the work and the opportunity for exchange and interactions with peers and key opinion leaders.
Clinical Case Award session
The four top-rated clinical cases have been selected to be in competition during the Clinical Case Award session which will be held onsite and chaired by senior faculty members
Presenters will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Originality of the case
- Case Management
- Presentation (demonstrating learning points from the case)
- Answers to questions
Results will be announced during the Closing Ceremony on Saturday 13 December at 2:25 PM in the lecture room EuroEcho 1.
Each finalist will receive an Award certificate and benefit from a free registration to the congress. The winner will receive a free registration for EACVI 2026.
Presenters whose clinical case is selected for presentation in the Award session, will receive specific instructions.
Clinical Case Sessions
Presenting your clinical case at EACVI 2025 will allow you to give your work a worldwide long-term exposure and multinational connections with all subspeciality professionals.
Clinical cases will be presented in highly interactive and educational sessions, that will be moderated by two experts on the topic, who will facilitate interaction with the audience, prompt discussions, and challenge the presenters.
