The ESC Cardio-Oncology 2025 Scientific Programme Committee would like to thank all the contributors who have chosen ESC Cardio-Oncology 2025 to submit their clinical case.  

The ESC Cardio-Oncology 2025 Scientific Programme Committee would like to acknowledge the Clinical Case Reviewing Committee for their essential collaboration and valuable contribution to the clinical case programme. 

All Clinical case submitters have been notified by email about the status of their clinical case(s) and can View the Results from their My ESC account by signing in first. 

How to confirm your Clinical case presentation

Confirmation of your presentation should be done as soon as possible.

STEP 1 - The submitter must sign in to her/his My ESC account with the email and password used at the time of submission to consult the abstract presentation day, time and format. 

STEP 2 - The presenter must register to the congress - you benefit from the early fee until 17 April 2025.

STEP 3 - The presenter can start preparing her/his presentation by consulting the Presenter Guidelines. 

Important dates

Early March 2025 – Clinical Case results announcement. A notification email has been sent to each submitter.

Mid-March 2025 - Opening of the upload platform. A notification will be sent to each presenter. 

Monday 7 April 2025 - Deadline for the assigned presenters to confirm presentation(s) and submit the related agreement form(s)

Thursday 17 April 2025 – Early fee registration deadline. All clinical case presenters must register for the congress. Take advantage of the early fee.

Tuesday 20 May 2025 - Deadline for presenters to register and upload presentations. Failure to upload and register to the congress by this deadline will lead to the withdrawal of the clinical case from the scientific programme and all related publications.

All presenters will be required to present their research onsite in Florence.

Selected clinical cases will be assigned to dedicated sessions.

Each session will be built to give the maximum visibility to the work and the opportunity for exchange and interactions with peers and key opinion leaders.

Oral Clinical Case Sessions

Best rated clinical cases will be featured in dedicated Clinical Case sessions organised during the event to allow you to interact with the presenters and expert discussants.
