ACNAP 2023, Edinburgh (Scotland), 23-24 June



Abstracts and Clinical cases results are now available. 

The Scientific Programme Committee would like to thank all the contributors who have chosen ACNAP 2023 to submit their original research. 

VIEW RESULTS

You will need to sign in to your My ESC account.

Confirm the abstract/clinical case presentation

STEP 1 - The submitter must sign in to her/his My ESC account with the email and password used at the time of submission to consult the abstract presentation day, time and format. 

STEP 2 - The submitter must select and confirm the presenter from the list of authors by 30 March.

STEP 3 - The presenter selected in STEP 2 will receive instructions on how to confirm the presentation and submit the related agreement form. 

This confirmation should be done as soon as possible to ensure the abstract information is accurate in the scientific programme.

STEP 4 - The presenter must register to the congress - you benefit from the early fee until 24 April 2023.

STEP 5 - The presenter can start preparing her/his presentation to upload it by the set deadline, as indicated in the agreement form.

Not only will your abstract be featured at the congress, but it will also be published in the European Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing and gain extra visibility on ESC 365, the cardiology knowledge hub.

Key Dates

  • Early March 2023 - Results announcement. An email has been sent to each submitter.
  • End April 2023 - Upload opening. An email has been sent to each submitter.
  • 24 April 2023 - Early fee registration deadline.
  • 24 May 2023 - Deadline to upload your presentation and register for the congress.

Abstract presentation formats

All presenters are required to present their research onsite in Edinburgh.

Selected abstracts have been assigned to different presentation formats:

ACNAP Doctoral Student Award

One session will be held onsite chaired by senior faculty members.

Each finalist will present the key points of his/her research followed by a Questions & Answers period led by a panel of experts who will judge the presentations and determine the winners and runners-up.

The winner will receive:

  • an award certificate
  • a free registration for ACNAP 2024

Rapid Fire Oral Abstract sessions

The highest graded abstracts have been selected to be presented orally during the rapid-fire abstract sessions which will be held onsite moderated by senior faculty members.

Moderated Posters

Moderated ePosters will be featured in a dedicated area during the event in Edinburgh. Sessions will be moderated by two chairpersons, experts in the topic.

Selected research will present in paper Poster sessions.

The best cases will be presented in this Award session which will be held onsite chaired by faculty members. Each finalist will present the key points of his/her clinical case. Each presentation will be followed by a Questions & Answers period led by a panel of experts who will judge the presentations and determine the winner.

The winner will receive an award certificate and a free registration for ACNAP Congress 2024.

Oral Clinical case sessions

Best rated clinical cases will be presented in dedicated Live sessions organised during the event to allow you to interact with the presenters and expert discussants.
