Congress will start Wednesday 04 December May at 09:00.
*The Inaugural session will take place on Wednesday 4 December from 16.00 to 17.30 and will be followed by a networking reception near the ESC-EACVI stand.
To ensure equal access to education opportunities, we are pleased to offer, via our partner, a limited childcare service onsite staffed by approved childcare providers.
This service is offered for free on a first-come-first-served basis.
Pre-booking is no longer available. During the congress, delegates may directly go to the Childcare to register their children on a first come, first served basis. Seats are limited.
Please note that for legal reasons, parents have to take their children out of the crèche after 4 hours.
Parents are also responsible for feeding their children outside of the crèche.
The childcare is located in the venue next to the registration area.
Free left luggage and Cloakroom facilities are available within the venue.
Participants in need of medical treatment should refer to the ESC staff in the Registration Area.
A restaurant & Cash bars are located within the venue.
