Registration

We recommend you register early to save money and benefit from the best fees.

How do I register?

To register, you will be asked to sign in to your My ESC account. If you do not have a My ESC account, you will need to create one during the registration process, which will take about two minutes.

You will be able to register either for an online participation or an onsite one in Berlin. Please make sure to select the appropriate option when registering.

Registration is reserved for certified healthcare professionals, associated press and other stakeholders in science, management, and prevention of cardiovascular disease.

The EuroEcho 2021 platform is designed with a responsive interface that is mobile friendly but for an optimal experience, we recommend that you access the platform on a desktop computer.

Supported Browsers

We support the most current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox. Chrome is the preferred browser.

Tips for the best experience

  • Disable your web browser’s ad blocker (this is normally done through the Settings in your browser). Turning off the ad blocker will help us confirm your attendance and deliver your CME credits.
  • Zoom out on your web browser to see the full room view. To zoom out/in, press CTRL while using your mouse scroll wheel.
  • If you can’t hear a presentation: Ensure the volume on your computer speakers is turned up and that the sound is not muted. Using the button at the bottom left of the video, confirm the volume level.

Congress resources

How can I become a Fellow of EACVI (FEACVI)?

The application procedure is available online from 15 June and closes on 15 October each year. The applicant must submit the application online before the annual deadline: 15 October.  Discover more

Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credits and certificate of attendance

An application will be submitted for the accreditation to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide CME activities for attending medical specialists. Scientific live content and video on demand sessions will be eligible for CME credits.

The EACCME® is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS) www.uems.eu

How can I claim my certificate of attendance?

You will need to complete a short questionnaire to receive your certificate (mandatory). The questionnaire and instructions will be available on the congress webpages after the congress.

I practice in the United States of America / Canada: how can I claim credits?

Through an agreement between the European Union of Medical Specialists and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credits to AMA credits can be found here.

Live educational activities occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC® credits, are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the

Interactive features

How can I interact during the presentation?

As an onsite delegate you will be able to address your questions orally. As an online delegate you will be able to interact and exchange with the session speakers via a Q&A window on the right of the presentation where you can ask questions and interact with other participants through the Forums. Each of your posts will be identified with your name and country, allowing the audience to recognise your contribution.

All posts* should be made in English so the global community can understand and respond.
