How to get the support you need to attend ESC Congress
Submit your abstract at ESC Congress and take advantage of registration and grants opportunities
Special registration fees for abstract presenters aged 35 or under starting at €195.
Become an ESC Professional Member to benefit from discounted registration fees, additional networking opportunities during the Congress and all year long - See more
Presenters aged 35 or under of an accepted abstract in the topic Basic Science and/or category Bench.
Presenters coming from one of the low and middle-income countries members of the ESC (World Bank list) - Egypt, Georgia, Kosovo, Kyrgyz Republic, Moldova, Morocco, Syrian Arab Republic, Tunisia and Ukraine.
Presenters whose abstracts have been accepted for a Young Investigator Awards or Nursing/Allied Professional Investigator Award session.
Basic scientists whose abstracts are accepted for ESC Congress 2019 are welcome to apply for a travel grant. See conditions of eligibility and how to apply
The Council on Hypertension provides travel grants for ESC Congress 2019 to support young healthcare professionals with an accepted abstract. See conditions and apply
All healthcare professionals in the Cardiovascular field who are ESC Professional Member are eligible to apply. Priority will be given to applicants who are first-author or co-author of research submitted to ESC Congress 2019 as well as individuals from low & middle income countries.
There is no strict age limit, the applicant is required to complete all mandatory fields and upload a CV as well as a letter of recommendation/ reference from Head of Department/Hospital.

Please note that you can not apply for multiple ESC Congress related grants within the European Society of Cardiology grant offers. However, having applied for a sub-specialty congresses related grant is not disqualifying.
