How do I register for ESC Asia 2021 with APSC & AFC?
To register, you will need to sign in to your My ESC account. If you do not have a My ESC account you will need to create one during the registration process.
Who is eligible to register for ESC Asia 2021 with APSC & AFC?
Registration is reserved to certified healthcare professionals, associated press, healthcare industry representatives and other stakeholders involved in the science, management and prevention of cardiovascular disease.
I can’t attend ESC Asia 2021 with APSC & AFC. How can I access the scientific presentations?
We’re sorry you’ll miss the Congress. You will be able to access presentations on-demand until 16 December 2021. You just need to register now to benefit from these resources.

I need to change my email
Follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your My ESC account with the email address currently associated to it
- Use the "Forgot Password" feature if you cannot remember your password
- Update your information
Remember to use the new address as username for any future connections to your My ESC account.
For an optimal experience we recommend that you open the ESC Asia 2021 platform on a desktop in full screen (at least 1000 x 640 pixels) using either Chrome or Firefox. It is not advised to watch on a mobile phone.

If you are using Google Chrome:
- Simultaneously press Ctrl and – on your keyboard to zoom out

- To set screen zoom, right click on your desktop and select Display settings from the popup menu. Zoom can be adjusted in the popup window.
I can’t hear the presentation
Please ensure the volume on your computer speakers is turned up and that the sound of the presentation is not muted. If the sound does not work when the video us playing, click the volume button at the bottom left of the video.
Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credits and certificate of attendance
An application will be submitted for the accreditation to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide CME activities for attending medical specialists. Scientific live content and video on demand sessions will be eligible for CME credits.

How can I claim my certificate of attendance?
You will need to complete a short questionnaire to receive your certificate (mandatory). The questionnaire and instructions will be available on the congress webpages after the congress.
I practice in the United States of America / Canada: how can I claim credits?
Through an agreement between the European Union of Medical Specialists and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credits to AMA credits can be found here.
Live educational activities occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC® credits, are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the
How can I access the full programme?
Exact starting times may differ slightly, please plan to join 5 minutes earlier to ensure you do not miss the start of the presentation.
Presentations will be made available On-Demand within 24 hours. All presentations will be available until 16 December 2021 for those who are registered to the online event.
Translation and subtitles
All presentations are made in English. Translations are not available.
You can replay the presentations and English subtitles will be available in videos on demand.
The official event time zone is Singapore Time (SGT).
How can I interact during the presentations?
Most sessions will have a Q&A window on the right of the presentation where you can ask questions and interact with other participants through the Forums.
Each of your posts will be identified with your name and country, allowing the audience to recognise your contribution.
All posts should be made in English so the global community can understand and respond.
ESC term and conditions: Participants guarantee that the content he/she submits on the Forum is not obscene, threatening, harassing, deceptive, invasive of another’s privacy, offensive, defamatory of any person, illegal or otherwise deliberately intended to upset or harm other users. The European Society of Cardiology reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to edit, refuse to publish, and remove any user’s content from ESC Websites at any time and without prior notice.
How can I interact with an abstract presenter in the On-Demand programme?
Once you have selected the abstract on demand, please click on the dedicated icon (envelop) below to ask a question to the presenter.
What time will my presentation be broadcast?
We invite you to access your agreement form to find the details related to your contribution to ESC Asia 2021 with APSC and AFC including the date and time your presentation will be broadcasted (please note that the timing information on our agreement form is at CET / Paris time).
Kindly consider that timing can slightly vary, therefore we advise you to connect 5 minutes earlier than your scheduled time.
Where can I find/watch my presentation again?
All presentations will be available on demand 24 hours after broadcast and available until 16 December 2021 to all registered participants.
How can I interact with the viewers during the broadcast of my presentation?
A Forum is available to give speakers the opportunity to exchange directly with viewers. Your presence online in the Forum at the time of your presentation would be most appreciated.
To enter the Forum and interact with the audience:
- Connect to the platform on the day / time of your presentation
Please note the times indicated are approximative, so we ask you to connect 5 minutes before and, if possible, plan to stay longer than your actual presentation duration to accommodate any delay in the broadcast.
- During your presentation you will see on the side a Forum window. Use the chat function to enter the Forum discussion. Each of your posts will be identified with your name and country, allowing the audience to recognise your contribution.
The Forum is an area for scientific exchange rather than a questions and answers page.

Are there dedicated activities for FESC and members during ESC Asia 2021 with APSC & AFC ?
A dedicated area, called Member Home, with exclusive Member features available for FESC and paying Members will be available from the Congress platform menu. The Member Home is open to all delegates registered to ESC Asia 2021 with APSC & AFC, however specific features will only be open to paying members (ESC Professional Members, FESC, Associations Ivory, Silver, Gold members and Fellows)
Exclusive member features will include quiz with the possibility to win a free registration to next year’s Congress, a series of professional development videos, the possibility to network with peers and much more.
