Given our responsibility to protect the health of our faculty, delegates and staff, the EACVI Board has decided that cancelling our physical congress in Barcelona (9-12 December) is the only responsible course of action.
There will be no EACVI 2020 congress this year.
However, the EACVI is commited to deliver an outstanding learning and networking opportunity for the cardiac imaging community. As such, the association launches the most innovative online CV imaging event ever undertaken: ‘EACVI – Best of Imaging 2020’ on 11 and 12 December.
Your registration fee will be refunded in full as soon as possible. We recognise the disappointment and inconvenience this has caused, and we are waiving our normal reimbursement rules.
You will be automatically refunded on the credit card you used to register. In case the payment was done by bank transfer you can add the bank details in your MY ESC account. Note that the registration will only be refunded to the account used for the payment of your registration.
You do not need to apply, your registration will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Publication is linked to presentation at a congress.
Abstracts will be available on the on-demand platform during 'EACVI – Best of Imaging 2020' until 12 January 2021, on ESC 365 and as an abstract book supplement to the EHJ-CI.
To withdraw an abstract please send an email to the scientific team email@example.com
Yes – Each company is welcome to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss with their ESC Account Manager on how their order(s) can be best replaced within the digital format. The ESC has decided to waive its usual cancellation policy for industry partners maintaining their investment to the digital format.
We encourage you to keep your membership with its many benefits available throughout the year. You will not be reimbursed automatically, however, you are entitled to cancel your membership as outlined in the ESC Sales Conditions.
If you have read the above and your question is not answered, please contact us.
