Scientists and clinicians are invited to submit their un-published research in the area of acute cardiovascular care with a focus on quality of care research, clinical outcomes research and translational research applied to the development of novel therapeutic, diagnostic and logistical strategies to improve patient care and long-term outcomes.The

Young Investigator Award Competition

A session dedicated to researchers 35 or below - presenting top research in the field.

6 finalists will present their abstracts before a panel of judges who will appoint a winner

Conditions

Your abstract(s) must be submitted under the option “Young Investigator Award”

The first author/presenter must be 35 years old or less at the time of the congress -  birthday cut-off date 05 March 1983

Your abstract must be accepted for presentation in the YIA session at Acute Cardiovascular Care Congress 2019.

The Winner of the YIA competition will get:

  • ACCA Silver membership
  • Printed textbook 

The runners up of the YIA competition will get:

  • ACCA Ivory membership
  • Complimentary online textbook offer

All YIA finalists will benefit from a free registration to Acute Cardiovascular Care Congress 2019 and 2020 and receive a diploma.

Moderated poster sessions

The ideal platform to meet presenters, colleagues & peers in front of their research and discuss their findings; selected presenters are invited to discuss their abstract in front of an audience during dedicated breaks - they will be challenged by the moderators!

Poster sessions

Selected research will be on display in the Poster Area. Presenters will have time to meet and exchange on their study during the coffee breaks.

Clinical Cases will be presented in a dedicated corner of the Poster Area.
