The Women Transforming Leadership Programme is a one week full-time residential practical course.

Who is eligible to apply?

The course is targeted to women professionals who are ESC Members and already responsible for leading others and making decisions, and who are thinking of taking on a new challenge or have recently done so.

On this programme you will be part of a global peer-group of participants working in a wide range of sectors from many regions across the world.

The programme has been designed to equip women with the career strategies and self-awareness that allow them to reach the highest levels within their organisation.
