Abstracts submission - now closed
ONLY ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS ARE ABLE TO ATTEND THE MEETING (i.e. oral or abstract presenters and chairs)
So registration will exclusively be accessible to abstract submitters selected for presentation.
Registration is open from 21 March to 14 May 2017
NB: The registration fees are covering registration to the meeting, 3 nights of hotel accommodation (check in on 25 May ; Check out on 28 May 2017) and meals (except Saturday night).
Due to limited space scientists are expected to share rooms - for this we need information on gender and age. You may indicate colleagues with whom you prefer to share rooms. However, be informed that we may have to arrange differently.The organizing committee will coordinate the hotel booking for you and will allocate rooms. You will be notified by email about the location of your hotel in Varenna (25-28 May 2017).
Please note that one shuttle bus will be arranged from Milano Malpensa Airport to Varenna on Thursday 25 May 2017 (01:00 pm) and one back on Sunday 28 May 2017 (02:00 pm).
May you miss the shuttle, you will have to arrange your travel on your own, below some options are described:
By plane: from the airports of Milano Linate and Milano Malpensa, there are special shuttle buses direct to Central Station, from where trains to Varenna Esino (destination Tirano):
