Step 1: Log in to using your My ESC account (e-mail and password - the one used for abstract submission). You will also be able to view the abstract presentation time and format.
Step 2: Select the presenter and confirm contact details.
Step 3: The presenter selected in STEP 2 will receive instructions by email to submit his/her agreement form.
The agreement form has to be submitted as soon as possible to ensure the abstract information is accurate in the final programme.

A special fee is available for Basic scientists (35 years old and under) and Nurses who have an accepted abstract in Heart Failure 2017: register for only 120€ only!
Abstracts presented at the 2017 HFA Winter Research Meeting qualify for presentation at Heart Failure 2017. Registration fees are waived for presenters.
All local abstract presenters below 35 years of age having an accepted abstract accepted in Heart Failure 2017 will get a free admission to the congress.
All finalists of the Young Investigator Award Sessions will receive a free registration.
