We have received complaints about a growing number of fraudulent websites masquerading as the ESC and offering registration, hotel bookings and other arrangements for the upcoming ESC Congresses. Many of these sites charge significant commissions.
These are not third party providers to the ESC and are not linked to the ESC in any way.

A customised invitation letter for visa purposes is only available for delegates with a confirmed and registration that has been paid in full. Please use the contact us form to request an invitation letter.The letter is intended to help delegates raise travel funds or obtain a visa but does not imply the ESC will provide financial support.In case of a visa request rejection, the ESC will refund the full registration fee only upon receipt of the official refusal document from the Embassy.Further information concerning visa requirements is available on the Schengen Visa Info website.
