Clinical case results are now available. An email has been sent to each submitter with a report on the status of the case (accepted/rejected).
The ESC Congress Programme Committee, the ESC Education Committee and the Cardiologists of Tomorrow (CoT) nucleus would like to thank all submitters who have contributed to the ESC Congress 2018 “Call for Clinical cases”. The Congress Programme Committee further acknowledges the work of the Clinical Case Reviewing Committee for their essential contribution to the evaluation of the cases submitted.
For accepted cases, a confirmation email has been sent to the submitter, who is by default the presenter (as stated in the submission rules submitter=1st author), with instructions on how to confirm presentation, submit the required agreement form and proceed to prepare presentation. Here below a quick reminder -

Confirm your presentation online as soon as possible and before 25 May 2018.
You will also be able to view the Clinical case presentation time and format.

STEP 2 - Register for the Congress
As soon as the agreement form is submitted - on the same page - you will see the option to register online. The ESC will waive the registration fee for clinical case presenters but you still need to register online.
We remind you that travel and hotel expenses can not be endorsed by the ESC, you will have to make your own arrangement.
STEP 3 - Prepare your presentation

The four best cases have been selected and will be in competition to win an ESC award.
Those cases will be presented in a dedicated session and a panel will discuss them in a lively and interactive way.
The winner will be selected by the Chairpersons with input from the panel and the audience based on the following criteria originality, scientific content, presentation and answers to questions.
The Winner will receive a prize of €2,000 and the finalists each receive €1,000.
Results will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on Monday 27 August at 18:00 in the Hub (Bach)
