Abstract Based Programme
WG on Cardiac Cellular Electrophysiology Travel Grants: To apply for the travel grant, you need to select the WG on Cardiac Cellular Electrophysiology category and send a motivation letter to firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate in your letter the reference number and title of the abstract you submitted as well as your name and email address.
Grants will be awarded by the organising scientific committee and the nucleus members of the Working Group on Cardiac Cellular Electrophysiology. Applicants for the travel grant must be Ph-D students or Post-Doc. If you were a recipient of the Working Group travel grant in 2016 you can not apply this year. Also travel grants and poster awards financial prizes cannot be cumulated. Travel grantees will be refunded upon expense claim up to 450 Euros (travel + local accommodation only) and in case they are awarded for poster presentation, they will only receive the award certificate without any financial prize.
At the time of submission, please choose one of the 2 abstracts presentation options (changes are not allowed after submission).
Two YIA sessions will be chaired by senior faculty members: one dedicated to Clinical Research and another to Basic Science.
The selected finalists will present their research in these dedicated oral sessions, and a panel of experts will judge the presentations and determine the winners.
Abstract submitted within this option and not selected for an YIA session will be automatically considered for the oral abstract sessions or for the Young EP Poster Sessions.
