Journal
Kardiovaskuläre Medizin / Médicine Cardiovasculaire / Cardiovascular Medicine is an international clinical practice journal launched in 1998. This open access journal publishes reviews from recognized experts in the field, covering current topics and news pertaining to cardiology, angiology, hypertension, cardiovascular surgery, as well as other related disciplines, and selected reports on original research. These articles are rounded off with in-depth guidelines, the latest developments in the scientific community, as well as clinical case reports. There are also special editions that focus on hot topics, as well as summary reports of national conferences, such as the annual meeting of the Swiss Society of Cardiology.
The journal moved to a continuous publication model in January 2018. Once articles have been accepted for publication and have been corrected by our language editors, the authors receive proofs for their approval to print. As soon as we have received feedback from the authors, the articles are published online. The journal is published in English, French and German.
Editors in Chief: Andreas Flammer (German) / François Mach (French)
