Journals:

Kardiológia/Cardiology is the official Journal of the Slovak Society of Cardiology and Slovak Society of Hypertension. Founded in 1991 (Publisher: Symekard sro), the journal is distributed to about 2300 subscribers and contains original articles, review articles, case reports, information about and reports from congresses and study stays, personal news, letters to the editor and other matters related to cardiology. The journal regularly publishes information on the Slovak Society of Cardiology, its working groups and the Slovak Society of Hypertension. Published every other month, in Slovak language, the journal includes also English abstracts. There is an electronic journal edition with free access. The journal is indexed in several scientific databases, such as : EMBASE, SCOPUS, Bibliographia Medica Slovaca, BiblioMedica, CiBa SILK, Slovak National Bibiolgraphia.
