The IHA has 9 Working Groups: 

    1 - Interventional cardiology
    2 - Electrophysiology
    3 - Echocardiography
    4 - Pediatric cardiology
    5 - Cardiovascular surgery
    6 - Nuclear cardiology
    7 - Cardiac anesthesiology
    8 - Heart failure
    9 - Congenital heart disease in adults

The IHA regularly holds domestic and international congresses in collaboration with prestigious foreign academic institutions.

Publications

Journal

The IHA has published a quarterly journal in English entitled The Iranian Heart Journal for the past 9 years.
The IHA has also published a great number of other publications including educational pamphlets on cardiovascular disease in Farsi.
