How to Set Up, Run and Develop a HF Management Programme

 This Educational course organised by the Heart Failure Association of the ESC was held at the European Heart House on 10-12 May 2007.

The course provides a comprehensive approach tot he multidisciplinary approach to managing patients who remain symptomatic despite adequate standard care. The course is intended for physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals interested in the practical aspects of running an effective hear failure management programme.
