Check Your Journal Subscription and Update Your Delivery Address

No change of journal subscription choice is allowed after 30 September, 2009

However, you can change your address 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, all year long.

How to do so in 5 steps:

1. Log in using the special congress login box
2. Enter an email if requested
3. Check your journal (select either EHJ or CVR)
4. Check your journal delivery address
5. Enter a new delivery address if necessary

 
Detailed explanations below:

1. Log in using the special congress login box with your family name and registration number (can be found on your congress badge...assuming you still possess one*)

2. Enter an email if requested

3. Check your journal subscription (select either EHJ or CVR) and 'Submit'

4. Check your journal delivery address :



5. Enter a new delivery address if necessary.



*IF YOU HAVE LOST YOUR CONGRESS BADGE, you can also login using the 'MyESC login box' (in the left hand menu) after having retrieved your 'MyESC' login details. 
The procedure remains the same.
