All year long, you can update your journal delivery address.
Journal subscription choice is only for Annual ESC Congress attendees entitled to receive a complimentary subscription.

How to?

1. Log in to 'MyESC' using your 'MyESC' login details* or your family name and registration number (for annual ESC Congress participants - availability: 1 August/30 September 2010)

*If you do not know or do not remember your login details, retrieve immediately your 'MyESC' login details by email.

2. Confirm your journal choice (for annual ESC Congress participants - availability: 1 August/30 September 2010) in the 'My Journals' section

3. Check your journal delivery address in the 'My Journals' section

4. Enter a new delivery address if necessary
