Cardiovascular Diseases in Europe 1999
This collection of European Registries on Cardiovascular diseases and patient management was published in August 1999.
The ESC Committee for Databases, Registries and Surveys prepared this report matching demographical data with medical data (collected from a variety of recognised sources) and presented it with considered commentary and conclusions.
The report indicates the standards of patient management and procedural choice in Europe and subsequently highlights the need for a Euro Heart Survey programme.
This is the first in the series of reports on Cardiovascular Diseases in Europe.
