Delivering Patient Care in Heart Failure

 This programme will be submitted to the European Board for Accreditation in Cardiology (EBAC) for CME accreditation.

             

Target audience

Cardiologists and Trainees, Care of the Elderly and General Physicians, Heart Failure Specialist Nurses, Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurses & GPs

Course objectives

  • Update on recent developments in delivering heart failure care
  • Update on medical and device therapy
  • Advances in delivering multi-professional heart failure care
  • Practical advice for managing heart failure patients in clinics, as in-patients and remotely via telemonitoring
