To submit your event for review, please
use our event submission form. If your meeting falls within our guidelines, it will be included in the ESC World Cardio Agenda and be visible to all our visitors.
Please note that some fields are mandatory, which means that we need that information in order to include your event. Incomplete information might slow the process down so we ask you to be as precise as possible when answering the questions.

Terms and conditions
- Your meeting will only be published in the ESC World Cardio Agenda once it has been approved by the ESC Web Advisory Board. This step is crucial in ensuring the quality and the impartiality of the information publised in the World Cardio Agenda
- The ESC reserves the right not to publish your meeting if it takes place within the same week and concerns the same topic as an ESC-organised congress, meeting or event
- No modifications will be accepted once your event has been published. Please ensure that all links, addresses, etc. are correct before contacting us.
- Please note that we cannot accept documents or PDFs for insertion on our website.
- Your meeting description must not exceed 50 words
- Only one URL can be displayed
- Approval of the publication of your meeting in the World Cardio Agenda does not signify in any way endorsement by the ESC
