Login to the abstract results page (abstract presentation time and format are noted here) to confirm presenter for your accepted abstracts.
(To log-in use the same username and password that you used to submit the abstract)

STEP 2

Select / Assign presenter and confirm presenter's contact details
(Please make sure you enter presenter's valid contact details)

STEP 3

Presenter selected in step 2 will receive instructions by email to submit agreement form.
(This agreement form should be submitted as soon as possible to ensure the abstract information is accurate in the final programme and abstract publication)

STEP 4

All presenters must register to the congress.
Register before 19 March 2012 to benefit from Early-bird registration deadline

Note: should you wish to apply for our grants your abstract presentation has to be confirmed and agreement form submitted.

Accepted abstracts will be presented in one of the following sessions:

Judges choice session - Clinical - Rapid fire sessions

	More abstracts this year to be featured in each of the Judges Choice - Rapid fire sessions. Flash presentations on the research's highlights: Aim/ Methods/ Results - discussions animated by two experts chairing the session. Fast-paced & interactive - We hope you will all enjoy this new format. Posters of all presented abstracts will be on display for the whole day in dedicated poster area.

Judges choice Session - Basic Science

	Basic science abstracts selected for their outstanding scientific content will be presented in this session chaired by two experts who will encourage discussions and interaction with the audience.

Young Investigator Award Sessions

	To illustrate our continuous support and encouragement to young researchers. Selected finalists will present their research orally in the lecture room - Sessions will be chaired by a senior faculty members and a panel of renowned experts in specific fields will evaluate the presentations for final award price.

Nursing Award Session

	The Nursing Award session aims to recognise significant contributions from investigators in the field of cardiovascular nursing. Selected finalists will present their research orally in the lecture room and a committee of experts in nursing cardiovascular care will judge their presentations. The winners will be announced during award ceremony.

Moderated Poster Sessions

	Moderated poster sessions consist of a visual display of research highlights. The posters considered to be of special interest will be integrated in these sessions. Presenters will briefly discuss the content of their poster with two moderators in front of an appreciative audience during official coffee breaks.

Poster Sessions

	Poster sessions will feature abstracts submitted and accepted for poster presentation. Presenters will be asked to briefly discuss the content of their poster in front of an appreciative audience. Posters will be on display for half day (morning or afternoon sessions) and presented during respective coffee breaks.
