Important steps on how to confirm presentation for your accepted abstracts.

| STEP 1 |
Login to the abstract results page (abstract presentation time and format are noted here) to confirm presenter for your accepted abstracts.
(To log-in use the same username and password that you used to submit the abstract)

| STEP 2 |
Select / Assign presenter and confirm presenter's contact details
(Please make sure you enter presenter's valid contact details)

| STEP 3 |
Presenter selected in step 2 will receive instructions by email to submit agreement form.
(This agreement form should be submitted as soon as possible to ensure the abstract information is accurate in the final programme and abstract publication)

| STEP 4 |
All presenters must register to the congress.
Register before 19 March 2012 to benefit from Early-bird registration deadline |
