  • Press representatives can register free of charge upon presentation of a valid press identity card or appropriate letter of assignment.

  • Press registration is conducted via My ESC (Individual Registration / Press) supported by presentation of your press card or letter of assignment with proof of 3 published articles together with the filled in and signed embargo form available  here.

  • If your Press status is not validated by the ESC Press Office, you will be contacted by the Registration Team and the congress standard fee will apply. 

  • Please register and provide your proof of press status well in advance of the Congress in order to minimise onsite queues and delays. Industry officials and their communications agents are not eligible for press registration. The decision of the ESC Press Office is final regarding all press registration requests.

INVITATION LETTER

You may download a customised invitation letter for visa purpose here.

Such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates raise travel funds or obtain a visa. Please note, however, this does not bind the ESC to provide financial support.
Please check with your local embassy what documents are needed to obtain a visa for Serbia.

A valid passport is required for entering the Republic of Serbia. Citizens from the most of European countries, USA, Canada and Australia etc. do not need a visa to enter Serbia. Participants are however recommended to check when making travel arrangements.

Citizens of the following countries do not need a visa to enter Serbia:

Registration Fees

The standard registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

  • Entry to all scientific sessions and the Exhibition
  • Entry to the Opening Ceremony and Cocktail on Saturday 19 May
  • The Final Programme and the Abstract CD-ROM
  • Refreshment breaks (from Sunday morning to Tuesday morning)
  • 1 year subscription to the European Journal of Heart Failure (valid for 2013 in paper version) included in the following fees: standard, members of the HFA of the ESC, nurse and student
